It was fine

We had a fabulous family holiday at Sandpiper. The spacious and well-appointed apartment had a perfect location with stunning views of the ocean. The large pool and spa were sparkling clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our favorite moments were spent on the balcony, watching the waves roll in. We will definitely be going back!

I found the facilities excellent value for money. I would be happy to return to the apartments.

The parking space allocated to out unit was quite small - I wasnt comfortable attempting to park my car in the space between the concrete pillars. I used another space as the apartment block was not full.

The view was great. The position meant that we had a glorious breeze on the balcony overlooking the water. The accommodation was very comfortable

The only thing that we found difficult was the parking. The space was very narrow with concrete pillars on either side which made parking our 4WD very difficult.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices for the quality of the unit. The attention to detail is commendable, with basic amenities provided such as a washing machine next to the bedroom on the lower floors. The location is ideal, with the hotel directly opposite a park and just across from the beach.

No significant improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel location was very good. Convenient, opposite the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Nice relaxing place and our room had ocean view.

Great location, lovely outlook over park and beach - would be even better the higher the floor. Apartment nice and roomy, couches and bed really comfortable. Nice and quiet - no noise from adjoining apartments at all. Good washing machine and drier. Helpful staff. Beaut spa and swimming pool - sparkling clean!

Two towels for two people a bit on the stingy side! Had to pay for extras. Dreadful hot plates - took literally hours to heat up! Luckily the oven and microwave were fine!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. Being directly opposite the park and just across from the beach allowed me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. The views from my room were amazing, overlooking the stunning Broadbeach. The spacious kitchen in the room was a great feature, allowing me to prepare my own meals. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were in good condition, ensuring a comfortable stay.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The Sandpiper Apartments provided excellent value for money with their affordable prices. The attention to detail was commendable, especially in the well-maintained rooms on the 11th and 9th floors. The stunning views over Broadbeach were simply amazing, offering a picturesque setting for guests. Additionally, the hotel's location directly opposite the park and just a stone's throw away from the beach made it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

We were not made to feel welcome. Signs everywhere telling guests what not to do. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Gates permanently locked for staff's comfort.(pool) Reception opens at 9.00am you have to be out of the room by 9.30am. So if you wish to stop on you have to wait until 9 to find out if it is possible. Then you only have 30 minutes to get out if you can't stay. I had a very sick grand daughter with me and had to leave the room. I rang the reservations line and was able to check in for 3 days but was told by motel staff that the room had to be cleaned there and then for new arrivals. So some one was midleading me. I only asked to stay until 11 or 12. To give me time to sort out doctors etc.
